Larry is a 1976 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. Since then, he has been a member of the firm, with special emphasis on business, construction, and real estate, representing a variety of businesses and individuals. Larry has broad legal experience handling documentation of transactions and commercial litigation. He has appeared on all levels of the state court system, as well as the Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of the Business Law, Consumer Protection and Unfair Business Practices Section, and Creditor/Debtor Section of the Washington State Bar Association, the Idaho Bar Association, and the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He is licensed to practice in both Washington and Idaho.
