Pat Delfino has been acting as a mediator for parties involved in civil litigation disputes for several years. He has formal training as a mediator throught the University of Idaho. Pat has conducted numerous successful mediations, both in Idaho and Washington, primarily in cases involving personal injury accidents.  Pat’s career as a trial lawyer has centered for 20 years on these types of claims.  He has represented defendants, as insurance defense counsel, as well as injured plaintiffs. He finds that this mix of clients gives him the necessary expertise, as well as credibility with both plaintiffs counsel, defense counsel, and insurance adjusters involved in the claims settlement process.

Pat has decided to expand his mediation practice and will be making himself available on a more frequent basis. Ewing Anderson, P.S. has offices in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington so that mediation participants can choose a location convenient to them.
